This is a small instruction that helps you to order items in this onlineshop:

 

Its quite simple:

 

1. Select all items you want to be shipped by clicking "In den Korb" (i.e. "into the basket").

  

2. If you have all items in your basket, click on "Zur Kasse" (i.e. "go to the cashier"). On the next screen click

    "Weiter" to get to the screen where you can enter your customers adress we need for the invoice. If you want us to

    ship the goods to a different address to the invoice address click the checkbox "abweichende Lieferanschrift"

    (different address to deliver) and fill out the form with the delivery address.

 

3. On the next screen first select "Versandart" (i.e. "Shipping"). For shipping outside of Germany select "Paket Europa" if

    the delivery address is in Europe or "Paket Übersee" if you want the goods to be shipped outside of Europe.

    Click on "aktualisieren" in this line.

 

4. Select at "Zahlungsart" the way you want to pay. For customers outside Germany you only can use "Vorauskasse"

    (i.e. pre-payment by bank-transfer) or "Paypal" for using Paypal. Click on "aktualisieren" in this line.

 

5. Click the checkbox for accepting our terms and conditions. On the next screen "Optionale Nachricht" you can leave

    us a message. If a good is not in stock, the size is not listed ("Größe auf Bestellung") or you want a good in a colour

    you can't select please write down here everything.

  

6. On the last screen click on "absenden" (i.e. "submit")...thats all!

 

Everything else (order confirmation, shipping information etc.) we will handle by email afterwards.
